Işın Tuğrul
Graduated from Boğaziçi University in 1985. Worked in the financial sector for 14 years in various positions. Joined the founding partners of add Consulting in 2000. In addition to consulting, lectured on banking, marketing, and HR at Doğuş University for eighteen years. She also volunteers at several NGOs.
Mustafa Hakkı
Graduated from Boğaziçi University in 1991. Spent nine years at Yapı Kredi Bank, where he held positions in financial analysis, corporate marketing, and sales management before joining the founders of add Consulting in 2000.
Hakkı, who has worked on significant projects in banking and consulting, currently continues to create added value at add Consulting.
Şen Demirer
Graduated from the Middle East Technical University's Department of Architecture in 1979. In 1987, switched to the leasing industry after seven years of sales management experience in several fields. Had worked in the leasing industry for fourteen years, for the last four of which as General Manager of Rant Leasing. Joined add Consulting in 2001, Demirer took part in the management of the company's major projects
