At that stage, Add Consultancy's influence\/contribution\/direction supported us in understanding the importance of looking inwards through the eyes of the customer and accordingly redesigning the fundamental priorities of both our structure and our marketing approach with the right questions.<\/p>\n<p>Our structure and business model have gained a new form as a result of the studies on consumer segmentation, influencers, and channels. I can confidently state that we have successfully managed the process of hearing, listening to, and interpret the voice of Kale customers. Also, we have developed an action plan based on such information.
